Well, this rant was long time in the making, but I decided to get it done after reading michikodesu's blog post on H!O. She (at least, I think michikodesu's a she) puts up a lot of points that most people don't think about.

Also, note that while I'm talking about H!P specifically, this applies to all sorts of idol group-fandom-shipping. Seriously.

*AHEM*

Now, I only gotten into Morning Musume last year, after listening to Naichau Kamo, and Shouganai Yume Oibito was the one that pulled me in. Before that, I was very much a Hello! Project Kids person, ignoring everything else under that label and focusing on Berryz Koubou and C-ute.

When I first started listening to MoMusu, I did not know who was who, only knowing the mains (like Takahashi Ai and Tanaka Reina), and following the flow of all new fans and liking them coz, well, everyone likes them. What could go wrong?

Then I saw Shouganai Yume Oibito's PV and thought, 'hey, that girl is cuuuuteeee. What's her name?'. So I did some searching and looking, and found out her name was Mitsui Aika. And so I dug up the old videos of her audition into the group, watched her progress from back then, and followed her till now.

It's true she started off real shaky - her vocals weren't mind-blowing, and her dancing was mediocre at best. She did, however, improve as time went by - I personally think her singing is better than some older members, and while her dancing still isn't the best in the group, she made it so the dance is hers, if you get what I mean.

...and I must say, the pointless flaming of her is annoying. Things like "she looks like a grandmother", "she can't sing/dance", "she doesn't deserve to be in MM", makes me wonder if these people know what she'd done and sacrificed to not disappoint her fellow members; the staff; the fans she could immediately see and interact with.

I can't say I know all the details, but as michikodesu had pointed out in her own post, Mitsui had once performed - in pain as if nothing was wrong - to the point her appendix nearly exploded - and that causes death. More recently, she suffered a fracture in her ankle, but still continued to perform. How many members in an idol group can you honestly say would do that for you fans?

Yes, I'm biased towards her - I agree and I accept that, because it's true. Even so, I believe this one thing: liking an idol group means liking everyone in it, even with your own bias.

I'll be honest and say that I started out not really liking everyone in the group - I particularly disliked Kusumi Koharu, but I managed to overlook that and look at her charm, i.e. her endless energy and optimism, and I was glad I managed to do that before her graduation from the group was announced. I even thought "ah, the group won't be the same ever again". But MoMusu was a group that thrived on their generations - the fact that their member line-up wouldn't be the same all the time.

That, I noticed, is one thing I think most fans don't really want to accept. For example, much rage is still going on over Kamei Eri, Junjun, and Linlin's graduation, and even more rage will happen with Takahashi Ai's soon-to-come one. I love these girls to bits, but really. Accept the fact that they've graduated/are going to graduate, and keep an eye out for the new, unpolished diamonds in the form of new, incoming members. They might just surprise you.

Because, really. Before they are idols, they are human. They have emotions; they get tired; they'll want to rest and have a family and explore new things. Thinking, no, expecting them to be in the group and performing until they're old is...rather unrealistic. We know we're human. Whelp, newsflash guys! So are they.

Now, going back to the whole "hate on one member and loving the others" thing...

Imagine that you're in an idol group, with the same situation that Mitsui here is facing - only difference: you know and visit these forums, and you see the hate towards you full-blast. Would you be able to continue performing to the best of your abilities, knowing that no matter what you do, you'll be bashed and flamed and critiqued as though your efforts don't matter? I know I wouldn't.

I suggest you read michikodesu's post that I've linked up there, because really, all the points I want to bring up have been brought up. And again, I emphasize... liking an idol group means you like all of them, despite your bias. The internet gives you the freedom of speech, yes, but watch what you write. Someone can and will take offense to it. You don't see us flaming and critiquing your favorite member the way you do to ours, do you?

I'm going to be really antagonistic this point on. (See? I warn you guys in bold. 8D)

Now, those who think that they're better than that one member they "hate": There's a reason why they're still in that group, and that reason is why you're not in it. 8Db

By the way... the "Aika looks like a grandmother" thing?

I know of the "grandpa" one:

But really. How can someone who looks like this look like a grandmother? :

Say "Hi" to my bias. 8D
My very simple conclusion?

They're just jealous of her or her cuteness. |D 'Nuff said.

No idea why I'm blogging when there's an exam to be had in less than 4 hours, but here I am. LOL

I was taking a break from revision and was chatting with two friends on Skype. One of them was on a forum, and gotten pissed at what those people were writing, i.e. making fun of people with special needs. Then I remembered a phone call that happened over at PKIK when I was there helping set up an account for newsletters and such.

As all three of us are staunch believers that everyone is equal, we're pissed. And angry.

One of the girls has a sister who's autistic - at its worse. The sister can't communicate at all, reduced to crying and screaming and inflicting bodily harm on herself. The friend brought the sister for a haircut, but the workers were too damn busy making fun of her to cut her hair. The other has a friend who's homosexual and everywhere he went, someone called him a "faggot".

I'm lucky that no one picked on my own sister, but I know of a sweet girl from PKIK whose parents sent her to a home and refused to bring her for a simple matter of renewing her passport for the upcoming World Special Olympics in Greece.

Yes, I'm pissed enough that this deserves a blog post.

To all you people out there who live happy, normal lives, possibly as an only child or with normal siblings, let me ask you this.

Did you ever try to comprehend that they did not ask to be born the way they are? Did you ever try to understand how difficult it is for them to be as they are, much less their family members? Do you even know how much we worry for them?

Sure, we might be happier if they were born normal, but they're still family. To you people who enjoy poking fun at them, what if it was your sibling people were poking fun at? You wouldn't like that, would you?

In the case of homosexuality, it's not a goddamned disease. They're human too, just like me and you. Did you even try to get to know them? I bet not. Their sexual preferences should not matter. Their sexual orientation should not matter. If it was you who was homosexual, and people were calling you a "faggot" or whatever other degrading names, would you like it?

I bet not.

I get that the world's a free place. I get that you have your own opinions. I get that there's freedom of speech.

But that doesn't mean you can demean and belittle those different from you.

Think about it. You won't like it if people demean and belittle you just because you're different. So why are you doing it to those who are?

Try and understand them. Read up on disabilities. Try to know those homosexual people. I'm not forcing; I'm just calling out for you to just try and understand the pain we, as family members or friends, go through when some insensitive prick picks on those dear and important to us.

So first things first. I broke up with Andrew. And I'm quite pissed at him, alongside the frustration, disappointment, and upset. Why?

I've been telling people "he broke two very important promises to me". It's a bit more than that. See, how would you feel if the very person who told you "it's not your fault" for the better part of a year (or more) after an event made you mentally traumatized turn around and blame you for it?

It took me days to remotely calm down from that. DAYS. And even then, I still felt like crying when I think about it. Honestly, I still do, but I'm able to control that impulse now. It was - and still is - very, very painful.

I mean, really. Explaining fault for fault is fine with me, but dragging up something that is a goddamned low blow AND emotionally + mentally taxing for me? You have no idea how long it took me to get my mental walls around it again - I'm still getting it up right now.

And while I started talking to him again after I calmed down enough, it does not mean you can use the "opportunity" to get my forgiveness. I told you that I will forgive you when I'm ready. You said that it was okay. So why the heck are you asking me for forgiveness every five minutes when we talk? It pisses me off.

...Gosh damn it, that was one. effing. low. blow. Seriously. I'd have thought you, of all people, knew it. And the "said it in anger" argument?

I trusted you to not bring it up. And you broke that trust. Shattered it so badly that I'm afraid of promises now.

No, wait. It's probably more accurate to say I'm afraid of you. How am I to know you won't bring this up against me again? You can swear and promise all you like, but I cannot bring myself to believe it.

The two promises he broke? He made those himself. One was to never, ever act like a damned idiot I wish to never see again (who controlled me and made me feel like an object). The other was that he would never make me cry on his account. Yup. Completely and utterly broken.

That one year and nine months meant the world to me. I had honestly thought I could be with him forever and not regret it. When he started being overly possessive, I still trusted him to be able to realize it on his own. And all it took for that trust to shatter as completely as it just did were the exact words he said that night.

All the things we went through, again, meant the world to me. But I cannot - would not - be together with a person whom I cannot trust completely... even if I love him.

*frustrated sigh*

ANYWAY.

Tomorrow night, Imma heading to my house. Finally, after YEARS of knowing he did fire-dancing, I can see the practice in motion. AISHOFHOIHSOUADUIDHSOZIXNHOSGB what kind of best friend am I orz

And I get to play with his DSLR too. 8D THE AWESOMENESS.

!!WARNING: RANT AHEAD!!

Okay, Imma peeved. Here's the situation I found myself in:

Last week, I asked a friend - lets' call her L - to lend me her Microeconomics notes so I could cross-check with my own. So I got them notes from her on Monday. The conversation we had went something like this:

Me: Okay thanks. Could I give it back to you on...say... Wednesday?
L: *wide-eyed* What, Wednesday?!
Me: *joined in the wide-eyed-ness* Because I don't think I can cross-check that fast. *thinks* Okay, how about Tuesday?
L: *still wide-eyed* Eh, don't la. Micro has a lot of chapters to study for.
Me: Okay, okay. I'll get it back to you ASAP.

By that point, the gears in my brain were already turning rapidly. How the heck was I supposed to cross-check god knows how many chapters in less than 4 hours? I pondered this throughout our first period and as I was walking for classroom switch.

Then I passed by the photocopying shop. And the thought of: 'how about I photocopy it and explain the situation to her later? I'm sure she'll understand' crossed my mind.

Me being that impulsive person I am, I walked into the shop and told the lady who handles the photocopier to photocopy the notes for me. In an act of stupidity, I completely forgotten about the existence of something called the hand phone that I could use to inform and ask for permission.

I also glanced around out of boredom at this point, and even if she passed by the shop, I wouldn't have realized it.

Later, a stack of papers heavier and RM2 poorer, I continued my walk to the next classroom. I was already prepared to apologize and explain my actions when she stormed into the classroom, towards me, and basically ask-demanded: "You photocopied my notes, didn't you?"

And, lets face it, when hearing someone talk in that tone of voice, it makes you think "okaaaay... explaining my actions now would just make her even more pissed off. What to dooooo?"

So I nodded and apologized in this meek voice, handing her notes back to her. She went on asking if I knew it was rude and unfair of me to do so, said that, and I quote, "broke her trust", then stormed off to another corner of the classroom.

That was fine and dandy and all, so I sat down and thought to myself, "I hope she cools down enough so we can sit down, talk about it, set terms if need be, and push the matter aside". Guess what? I was wrong.

Today, she did her utmost best in avoiding and ignoring me. So I did the same. As the saying goes, "do unto others what you want done unto you", or something like that. It's not that I don't want to talk to her and get this matter settled, but how can I when she's still quite obviously fuming and going all RAGE! at me? She's also using our mutual friends as middle persons to get messages and things to me, as well. Is that fair for them? I think not.

Right now, I am quite peeved, annoyed, and perhaps that bit upset. Why?

I know I'm guilty - I'm not denying it. But hey, when someone copies her quiz answers, she found it in herself to sit down and talk to this person who did it, and swept the matter under the rug. All within the span of two days. And it's already day 2 with our issue.

Back to the topic. The reason why I did what I did was because - she said it herself - there's a heck load of chapters to study for Microeconomics. And my note-making style is completely different from hers. If I just did a half-assed cursory glance-through between both sets of notes in less than 4 hours, how was I supposed to know I got my facts right? She wanted her notes back on that same day too.

What else was I supposed to do? Use my phone and take pictures of her notes? Uh-huh, right, and make sense of itty bitty writing that still won't zoom up big enough for me to make sense of on the computer without getting all pixelated.

Like I said, I was prepared to explain my actions and apologize. Like I said again, she stormed up and RAGE!-d at me before I could even get a word out, and is still doing so today. How was I supposed to sit down and talk with her again?

Don't get me wrong, I actually find her 'stickler for rules, goody-goody two shoes, rigid' personality to be quite cute - and funny when craziness takes over her. But I was going to fess up, explain, and apologize when I saw her, and didn't get the chance to. Again, who in their right mind wants to explain their actions to someone who probably doesn't want to even hear them in the first place?

Yes, I know it was rude - that's why I was going to apologize in the first place. Me forgetting the existence of the handy-dandy hand phone would come off as an excuse; really, who wants to hear that? But... unfair? It's not as if I'm completely using her notes; I have my own notes too.

It was because she wanted it back so fast and so soon when I normally take my time cross-checking that I believed I had no other option but to do what I did. That, and asking her to keep bringing her notes for me to check daily will be tiring - I'd have to check where I stopped, I'll backtrack to make sure I got my facts right... things like that.

So... unfair? I'll leave that up to your personal opinions and experiences to judge.

In any case, if someone borrowed my notes, then came back and told me: "Hey, sorry I didn't tell you, but I photocopied your notes since you wanted it back ASAP and I wasn't sure if I could finish it on time. I'm sorry", I would have chuckled, smiled or laughed and told them it wasn't a problem.

It's not like they stole my answers for anything. If that person was a dead-weight in group projects, then I'll be pissed and RAGE! at said person. But I'm pulling my own weight in group projects too.

I've already decided that when we actually sit down and talk, she can decide to never lend me her notes again, and I'd be fine with that. All I ask is that she'll push this matter under the rug and explain concepts in subjects that I don't understand. Is that too much to ask for?

So yes. She's older than me. (What does age have anything to do with this?) She has the 'stickler for rules, goody-goody two shoes, rigid' attitude/personality. I find this to be quite cute and makes L... well... L.

But to RAGE! at me for so long, and not going to hear me out anytime soon? Wow. How mature is that?

I get that everyone has their own personality quirk, strengths and weaknesses. I also get that everyone does things differently, no matter how similar it is to your own style. L needs to understand this too, methinks.

Honestly, it scares me to think that she'll continue on like this in the working world - a world were backstabbing and talking behind one's back is normal. Should she RAGE! like this at someone who took credit for her work, it would be understandable. But if she RAGE!-d at a colleague who merely wanted to photocopy notes from meetings or something equivalent to that...

Just... wow.

(P/S: I wonder what her reaction was when I was the first to reply that group SMS she sent earlier. I have a feeling she had no choice on that. Imma feeling oddly amused at this fact.)

Oh yus. It's the New Year. 2010. Joy.

So, I'm now in HELP University College. Lynnie is in two of my classes, Intro. to Mass Comm. and Intro. to Design. (Note to Ruz :: Intro. to Design lets us *cough*suffer*cough* feel like The One Academy students. LOL)

The two other classes I'm talking are Public Speaking (seems like a fun class; NO FINALS!--speaking of that, Intro. to Design has no finals either. WOO-HOO!) and Social & Business Communication. Lecturers are all really nice and friendly, and the students here are waaaaaay relaxed and friendly compared to most in Sunway University College (Note :: I'm only saying MOST, meaning those I've encountered. The peeps in the anime club are as relaxed and friendly as those in HELP.)

In that duration, me sister has gone off to Ipoh, which is actually good for her. I really don't want her to go to Malaysian Care, seeing as they treat her as *cough*slave*cough* an incompetent person, which she is not. So good for her. She had fun, from what she told me earlier.

...Of course, things that have to do with my sister don't always end with a happy note. What happened this time was, what my mum said (the way I'm putting it) as my "too damn cocky"-ness and that I "misheard" what she said.

Neways. Sis was in my room, playing with little Johnny-boy/Popiah-kun/the darn cute little rascal, and complaining at the same time that she didn't want to go to a bread factory visit on Saturday (I'm looking forward to it, actually). So I told her to stop complaining in my room, and go tell mum.

Sis goes "Oh, I'm complaining?", and I told her, in a bit of a sarcastic tone, that "no, you're not complaining". After which, she went "my sister is a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii~" and when I turned to look at her she switched "biiiiiiiiiiiiiii~" to "piiiiiiiiiiiii~". And I believe myself to be musically-inclined enough to hear the (rather glaring) difference between that, especially since what word would go "biiiiiiiii" when one drags it out?

So, off I marched to tell mum what happened in my room. When confronted about it, sis said "I didn't say that! I said 'plish'!".

([sarcasm]...pffft. Right. Spare me the laughter. [/sarcasm])

I wanted to cool off after that, so I told her to not come into my room, and that if she wanted to play with the dog, bring him out of my room. Not so hard, now is it? She ignored what I said, and me, being rather hot-headed at the time, repeated what I told her in a tone and manner that anyone angry/annoyed would use. She didn't like it, slammed my room door, and out she went. Didn't know what she said to my mum, but mum came and told me off, which leads back to mum's comment about me being "too damn cocky" and "mishearing" her.

Repeat :: I believe myself to be more musically-inclined to be able to tell the difference between "biiiiiiii" and "piiiiiiiiii". Oh, I should add "plish", since apparently sis said that.

Oh, and a (belated) Happy New Year to you too.

Yes. A quick, random update of my life.

WHAT THE HECK, MAYBANK?! DDDDDDDD< *anger mark anger mark*

Oh, the story behind the anger?

Today, when I reached uni, I went to the Maybank ATM to check my account balance. I knew I didn't go near the ATM lately, neither have I use my card, so I was so so very sure I had about RM130+ in my account.

La-ti-la-ti-da... Key in my PIN number... select balance inquiry... and WTFH?! RM9.25?! WHAT?! WHERE IS MY RM 129+?!

Wondering what have wrong, I called my mum to inform her of the weirdness. She told me to call them Maybank people and find out what was wrong, then suggested that I've perhaps took another lot of handphone top-ups or withdrew money when I knew I didn't.

Moving on. Got a MINI TRANSACTION STATEMENT. Fat load of help it did, I didn't understand the darn codes. EDC, CSH, PYM, MBW, LNK, CDM... WHUT? The only one I understood was ATM, and I think I got the idea what CDM is, but anyway. It proves my point that I no take money from ATM. My most recent transactions were take handphone credit, deposit money in, check balance. And balance was supposed to be RM130+, because I no touch!

Tried to call Maybank customer service, but I keep getting a bloody irritating recorded message of "Sorry, all our executives are (still) busy. Please hold. We will attend to you shortly".

I want my money back. D<

So, today I went with Andrew to OU to watch a movie. What movie? This Is It, the movie that features the late King of Pop, Micheal Jackson in practice for his unfortunately never kicked-off final curtain call.

As the movie progressed, I honestly felt like crying. How did a man who wrote such beautiful songs, who wanted to spread word to save the planet through his songs, who (what seems to be) is religious (he was almost always telling his crew - all of them - "God bless you"), get tangled in webs of contraversies (however that's spelt) like he did?

To be frank, I was never a huge fan of his - I'm definitely the J-Pop/J-Rock type. Even then, one of the first English songs I've heard was from him - Heal the World. And it stuck to me. I loved the lyrics, the meaning behind it, the rhythm. Granted, with my brain as infested with Japanese songs as it is, I can't remember the lyrics. But I loved it, and I still do.

Back to the movie. His crew loved him - the lighting crew, special effects crew, back-up vocalists, music crew, the back-up dancers especially. It was... to me, it was... comforting, in an odd way, to know that the people he (MJ) worked with still loved him as much as they did despite the contraversies that was hooked to him.

(Meh, them darn contraversies are likely to have came along from fame. One reason to never be famous, LOL.)

By the end of the movie, those who were like me - who went in not really knowing the man, and/or not huge hardcore fans of his - all felt the same thing... That while his (MJ's) death did not hit us hard, it took this one movie to make us realize... truly, honestly realize... that the world lost an amazing man with great talent and love for the world - a legend.

Seriously. Go watch that movie while it's still out. It'll open your eyes.

For Micheal Jackson, the King of Pop. Rest in Peace.

Just some thoughts on something...

I really hate is smoking. For those who don't know, smoking is this money, tree and life-burning activity people "indulge" (I use the term VERY lightly - and sarcastically, for that matter) themselves in for various reasons. Said reasons could very well be this (or something like that)...

"Smoking is cool."

"My friends are doing it, so I should too."

"The only way for me to de-stress myself is by smoking."

...idiot.

Like, WTH. I mean, really. WTH.
FYI, smoking, of all things, is NOT cool. It is an act of slow suicide. Know what sort of diseases that could be caused from smoking (or, more accurately, the stuff in a stupid stick of cigarrette)? The most well known one happens to be lung cancer? Malaysians, know the icky, disgusting little picture they put on the cigarrette boxes? THAT is how your lung will look like because of smoking. So if you want your lungs (which is vital to your survival, next to your brain and heart) to look like that, go on right ahead and keep on smoking.

Compare the smoker's lung (left) and the healthy lung (right).

Not very healthy-looking, now is it?

Two, just because your friends are smoking does not mean you have to follow. If they say you have to smoke to hang out with them, ditch them. Those kind of people are not worth your health. But, again, if you want your lung to look like the disgusting little picture of the black lung on the cigarrette boxes, go right ahead.

Three, there are so many more healthier ways to de-stress yourself. Join the gym, take up a martial art, participate in an extreme sport... These options are waaaaaaaaaaaaay better than smoking. Geez.

So, today I drove to university alone and went back late. I know it would cause my mum and dad to worry about me, but I had a meeting that would run late and mum's sick, so I would rather her rest than rush around to pick her wayward daughter up.

Dad reckons there was a communication problem somewhere, and adds that mum could read me like the back of her palm when I'm adamant about something. And yes, I was adamant about me driving alone, if only for mum to rest.

But I also wanted to drive alone to show mum that I'm grown up now; I can be my own driver. There's no need for her to drive me around places I'm used to going. She can step down and take a much deserved rest.

While her protectiveness is appreciated, if I wasn't allowed to drive alone in different conditions (i.e., day/night, rain/shine, etc), how was I going to improve? I had to believe in my own abilities before others can believe in mine, right?

Anyway, I got back and apologized, but... it seems to me that she didn't accept it. I know she's worried and angry at me for doing what I did, but all I wanted was for her to rest. I took longer than I should've to reach home to make sure I returned safe and sound... but she's angry. I can't say I didn't expect that, though...

Over and out.

WARNING: RANT AHEAD - excuse the language please.

I miss him.

Why, bloody hell, why?!

I feel so darn messed up. I swear I'm fine, countless times, but somehow, yesterday made me NOT fine - don't know how that happened, so please, don't ask. Seriously.

I still love him.

After so long. So darn freaking long. Why must emotions be so messed up? Because it's definitely not helping me think rationally. My parents were right - I have definitely not been okay.

Because I kept in contact with him.

There were second thoughts, yes, but I know better. Or so I like to think. But it hurts. It still does. Like I said, emotions = messed up.

All because I still love him. All because of that.

I feel retarded. Maybe I am. Who knows? Whatever, it doesn't matter anymore.

Because I won't see him again. Because I won't message or call him again. Because I'm (going to try) erasing him from my memories, my life...my hopes and dreams for him to be 'The One' for me.

I know there are others out there, but he...is? Was? I don't know... the only one I've ever felt so strongly for. So it hurts. It hurts badly. But I will survive. I know I can. I'm not the only person who feels or have felt like this, after all.

I should've done this earlier. Then maybe it wouldn't hurt so much now; when I'm making it real. But hey, at least I'm doing something. Better late than never.

END RANT.

Bleh, that was depressing. >.< but I had to do it. Otherwise, I won't ever be able to let go.

...I still feel like crying. I guess that's normal, hey? Or maybe it's just me. Who knows? I definitely don't.

First off, dad (and mum, because dad is definitely gonna show mum this), I'm sorry, but I'm not taking this off. I know I've only dealt with her for about 14 or so years (around the time I started thinking for myself - way shorter than you two, I know), but I am honestly done with deleting all posts related to her - especially when she is just this idiotic.

I'm not apologizing for typing out something that is very obviously true. Scold me all you want, dad and mum, but I won't take this off. And I definitely won't change my opinion on this matter until she changes, and not just for an hour/a day or two.

The good thing? I finished my exams, and am waiting for results, graduation, Comic Fiesta, and possibly going down to Malacca to Sha-chwan's place before graduation. Whoo-hoo~

The bad thing? Haha, methinks it's pretty obvious, judging from the first thing I typed in this post.

My oh-so lovely five years older than me sister (sarcasm intended) who has...actually, rather legitimate reasons to act the way she does (operation on the brain as a baby, anyone?) has just proven that she sides with and listens to outsiders (this includes aunts, uncles, people from the freaking chatrooms) more than her immediate family members. AGAIN.

Man, I'm getting really sick and tired of that.

So~ what the feck (hah, I'm being nice with censoring my cursing) happened this time?

She has proven, that yet again, she has absolutely no respect for the person who gave birth to her, a.k.a her mother. On another note, same thing with instructions, rules, and people like my mum and I who deal with her on a daily basis.

I don't know the exact story this time, as I was not there during the shouting match in the car, but I can roughly deduce that this happened from what little my mum told me:

1) Mum had happily gone and buy KFC (due to my request) for dinner and soft drinks (Kickapoo; note-worthy because she doesn't like us drinking soft drinks) before picking idiotic sister up (don't maim me for calling her idiotic now - because she deserves it).

2) Upon picking idiotic sister up, idiotic sister told mum something about tuition fees increment - here, a little background story is needed: idiotic sister used to go for mandrin tuition twice a week. Now she goes once a week.

Obvious thing here is that the fees should be less now, right? So mum asked about it.

3) Idiotic sister claims that mum doesn't understand (here proving that she sides with outsiders more, since it's obvious the teacher wants more money). Therefore, mum attempts to reason with idiotic sister.

[Bad thing to do, in my opinion, with someone who doesn't fecking listen to reason.]

4) Idiotic sister (from mum's account) told mum to "not make her angry". Thus begins the shouting match.

So yes. Basically when they got home, mum recounted the main points that made her mad to me, and I have to interfere to make sure things don't get out of hand (read: make sure they don't kill each other).

I believe my exact words to mum, who told me not to interfere, was: "I would rather interfere to keep things relatively sane at home than not interfere and let you two kill each other". I'm also basically the middle person for them... for the nth number of time. And I'm trying not to break down and cry because I'm so, so, so freaking sick and tired of this.

However, my opinion is that idiotic sister has killed mum many, many, many times inside with her thoughtless comments and constant siding of and listening to outsiders.

Hah, and my parents (and people in general, really) wonder why I have no patience with her. It's because she does all this things all the freaking time that makes me act the way I do towards her.

Really, she may have legitimate reasons to act like this, but people worse off than her have - actually freaking have - respect and love for their parents and siblings, which is why their sibling(s) are so patient with them. She doesn't.

Frankly, she's lucky that we're still acknowledging her as family. Mum is right; she acts like an innocent angel in front of others, but when she's home, she shows her true self. Her true, ugly, doesn't-use-her-brain self.

Conclusion? Idiotic sister has no brain. Or rather, she has one and refuses to use it. Period.

Man, I really want that trip to Malacca now...

Ahahahaha~~

Loving someone out of your family is hard. Even more so when you love that one person so much, and yet you cannot seem to do just the right thing that makes that one person happy.

It's funny really... I broke up with him for about...four months, now. And I still miss him, nor can I seem to stop loving him, no matter what.

I get the feeling that I'm going to be lectured by some people soon, but hey. A blog's for a person to rant, right? So...just let me rant and not comment. It's not like I'll go comment on someone ranting their hearts out on a blog just because they wanted to.

And I had a funny little monologue with myself earlier...let's dub the one speaker as me, and the other as 'inner' me (lol Naruto reference)!

Me: Why does... love hurt so much?
'Inner' me: Love does hurt, but at the same time, fun and memorable times came about, did it not?
Me: That... is true. But still...
'Inner' me: You know it yourself; love is something that cannot be controlled. Even if you cry rivers of tears, it won't erase your emotions. Even if you bleed, it won't change the fact that your feelings are still strong towards him.

And I had no response to - heck! - myself. Proves how one can outsmart themselves, huh?

But back on the topic... it's weird. It doesn't matter how many times I think back on him and either smile happily/sadly or cry. Really. It all doesn't matter.

Because I am still infatuated by him. Humans are really strange creatures.

Then again, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Well, quoting a manga/anime character: "it'll all work out".

And I will believe it will.

I want to rent an apartment room or a room right now.

Now why would I want to do that, especially since it's only a month left till ICPU ends OMG YAY! *shot*?

1) I really can't study at home. Really. I don't know why. I'm always distracted at home somehow. ><

2) I need more sleep. With finals approaching, yea, definitely. More sleep required a.k.a no need to wake up at 5.30/6 in the morning so I can catch the bus to Taylor's and sleep even more - though sometimes I can't sleep anymore.

3) I want to stay back in the Taylor's library and study more. As well as finishing my major assignments. There are some websites that are easier to access from Taylor's domain. That, and I have no transport home if I stayed back to study. Waiting for public transport to go home is a pain.

Also, staying back at Taylor's equals more time to ask the lecturers what I'm not sure of, and more time to finish up my major assignments.

4) I want prove that I am independent. Well, I think I already am, but for some things, I still need reminders from my mum and such. So if I stayed alone, for even a month, then at least I will learn to budget, how to wake up on my own (ROFL XD), so on so forth.

5) As mean as this sounds, I can't stand my sister. Really, I'm sorry for saying this, but I really don't want to study when there's someone with a holier-than-thou attitude in the house. Just today she started screaming at me when I was trying to explain that going through other people's purses/wallets is rude. So sue me for trying to teach her something.

The only cons I can think of about doing this are:

1) MY POOR DOGGIE! TT_TT

2) Mum will worry. Definitely. For sure. Mum has what I call OPMC (Over Protective Mum Complex), but I think it's a good thing. ^^ I <3 you, mum!

3) There is the chance I will oversleep. Eheh. Self-explanatory.

4) MY POOR DOGGIE! TT_TT

XD Yeah.

On a second note, saw this quiz on Ice-creamy's blog, and I thought it'll be fun to see how evil I am. The quiz is here.

This is my result:

You're an evil genius.

Whenever you're around, the sun goes behind a cloud. It's like there's an evil essence in the air, but nobody ever seems to realize you're the cause. You're menacing and manipulative, but you play innocent so well that you always get away with things. Even if people notice the evil glint in your eye, they tend to mistake it for a friendly sparkle. Now that we know the truth about you, we're going to back away without looking directly at you. Please don't hurt us.

I have a feeling Krixie will agree with this...
